Families Connecting, a Healthy Baby Community Support Program, is a group for pregnant people and new parents/caregivers of all genders.

Every week you’ll get the chance to meet with other parents, families, and health professionals in a low-key environment. Whether you have welcomed a child to the family through birth, adoption, fostering, or kinship care, you’re welcome in a Families Connecting Group. 

All programming is completely free to attend and functions on a drop-in basis – no need to register, just come join us!

Each group offers:

• a healthy snack (and a cookbook if you want to make your own at home!)
• bus tickets
• childminding for older children
• coupons for free milk*
• peer support
• connection with healthcare professionals

*Milk coupons provided for pregnant people and up to six months postnatal.
