What is Fueling Freedom?
Fueling Freedom is an educational support group for youth, aged 13-17. The 90-minute sessions happen weekly for 3 weeks, happening this Fall 2026. The program is for youth who struggle with their relationship to food and their bodies, particularly those who feel preoccupied by or out of control around food or those who eat to soothe emotions. Through learning, reflection, and personal exploration, participants will work towards healing their relationships to food, body, and self. Fueling Freedom is designed for youth to attend with a supportive adult in their life.
