This group meets to discuss topics including life changes, strategies for comfort, wellness and managing stress, and finding resources for pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum care.

Join us for a to talk about lactation. We will cover the basics, address common challenges, and highlight available community support.

Milk Mentors is a safe, welcoming space for parents from all walks of life to ask questions and seek support with their milk-feeding goals. They are led by a community of trained Peer Volunteers with lived experience. They offer 1:1 support via talk, text, email and/or video chat, as well as in-person group support at community organizations throughout the city. Always free. Always supportive.
