Lindsay Larios (she/her) joined the Board of Directors of the Women’s Health Clinic in 2022. She is an interdisciplinary critical policy researcher and Assistant Professor of Social Work at the University of Manitoba. She studies citizenship and immigration in the Canadian context, in particular, as it intersects with family and reproductive politics and policies. Her most recent work focuses on the politics of pregnancy/childbirth and precarious migration as an issue of reproductive justice. Lindsay is also research affiliate of the Centre for Human Rights Research, the Centre for Social Science Research and Policy, and the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives Manitoba, and a member of the Healthcare for All Manitoba Coalition.
