Caring for Yourself Through Menopause is a free, virtual program where you’ll learn more about living well with menopause from WHC’s registered dietician.
Join us for this one-hour session where you’ll:

- Get tools to meet your changing nutritional needs
This workshop takes place online. You will be sent a Teams link 24 hours before each session – you can join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
