Having a baby – by birth or adoption – changes your life. Our Mothers Program offers a range of community-based services in Winnipeg to support parents through these changes. For more information on our parenting support services or to register for our workshops, please call the Mothers Program assistant at 204-947-2422 ext. 113.

Come meet other families, share your ideas on pregnancy, parents and life with kids. Childminding available.
Families Connecting
Contact us for details about virtual and outdoor programming.
For pregnant people & parents of children up to two years old.
Families Connecting groups are part of the Healthy Baby Community Support Programs that help pregnant people and new parents meet with other parents, families and health professionals. Healthy snacks, coupons for free milk, and bus tokens.
We are not offering childcare at outdoor family groups at this time. Please contact us for any details or concerns.

Now that baby is here, do you think you should be feeling happier than you do? Do you feel depressed, angry, lonely or that things aren’t how you thought they would be? You are not alone. Meet other parents and share experiences. Registration is required.
