The Community Relations Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on relationships between WHC, its partners, stakeholders, and members of the public and the community.
The work of the CRC includes:
developing processes for communication with partners, stakeholders, community members and the public
developing public relations and media policies and strategies for WHC
engaging with communities to identify needs and trends; making recommendations to inform WHC’s strategic and service plans
making recommendations to the Board and Leadership Committee about strategic partnerships and networks with like-minded organizations on issues important to WHC
The CRC meets monthly from September to June.
